Rotor Motor T.E.F.C

Rotor:  closed type, with scissor cutting action.  rotating end disc (125 lb. flywheel sheave) 4 knives 30" long made of high carbon high chrome d2 tool steel.

Cutting Chamber:  heavy steel, plate, pocketed and bolted construction.

Blower:  model BW1456, 5 hp 3-60-460 volt with 6" O.D. tube discharge (machine mounted).

Bed knives:  4 - 27.5"  long made of HC/HC d2 steel.

Screen:  3/8 diameter holes with 44% open area bolt in type.

Feed Rolls:  one hypalon roll and one steel roll.  Roll speed 70 fpm, drive is 1 hp Sumitomo speed reducer powered feed roll assembly opening device 110 volt control.  

Casters:  four heavy duty 6" diameter swivel type.

Electrical:  three electrical disconnect boxes with osha/ansi required fused lockout disconnect for rotor, blower and powered feed roll motors 10 ft. of S.T.O. electrical cord from each box.

Floor Space:  48" wide X 95" long - 24" high
